First Aid and CPR Training

The BLS Instructor-led course teaches both single-rescuer and team basic life support skills for application in both prehospital and in-facility environments, with a focus on High-Quality CPR and team dynamics. The BLS Provider card is valid for two years.

Traditional:  Instructor-led class format. The full BLS Provider Course takes approximately 4.5 hours to complete, including skills practice and skills testing

BLS Renewal Course takes approximately 3 hours to complete, including skills practice and testing. $110.00

Blended: HeartCode BLS is the AHA’s BLS blended learning delivery method. Blended learning is a combination of eLearning, in which a student completes part of the course in a self-directed manner, followed by a hands-on skills session. The online portion of HeartCode BLS can be completed in approximately 1 - 2 hours. The time to complete the hands-on skills session varies from 1- 2 hours, depending on the student's experience. $89.00

The Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED Course is designed for individuals with little or no medical training who require a course completion card for their job, regulatory purposes (e.g., OSHA), or other requirements, or for those who wish to be prepared for an emergency in any setting. The course teaches basics of First Aid, Medical Emergencies, Injury Emergencies, Adult CPR and AED use, optional modules on Child CPR, AED, and Infant CPR—the Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED Course Completion Card, valid for two years.

Traditional: This course is a video-based, instructor-led course that teaches students critical skills needed to respond to and manage an emergency until emergency medical services arrive. The classroom course can be completed in approximately 2.5 hours.  $130.00

Blended:  Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED course trains participants to provide first aid, CPR, and use an automated external defibrillator (AED) in a safe, timely, and effective manner.  Online course run times range from 1 hour to 1.5 hours, and the hands-on skills session can be completed in 1.5 hours. $110.00
